ROJO COFFEE     is born out of our love for good coffee and local cuisine. We both love Filipino food and appreciate great quality coffee, its always been our shared passion to open a coffee shop, bakery and cafe where friends, family and avid food lovers could come together and enjoy delicious, hearty, home-style dishes in a warm and casual atmosphere.
Everything at Rojo Coffee is made in-house, using the finest quality ingredients and local produce. We make our own sausages, cure our own meats, mix our own sauces and bake our own breads in order to give our customers the best and most unique gourmet experience. That is part of the Rojo experience.
We use only local ingredients and produce, as we believe that cooking locally and seasonally is best. Our coffee is supplied by local farmers in the Philippines and we work with an organisation that helps local farmers better their business and production. In addition to our menu, we introduce new items seasonally that highlight an ingredient or local produce that we love. We grew up in a Filipino ( Jovy ) and Spanish ( Khaled ) family with mothers and grandmothers who loved to cook, we’ve combined generations-old of recipes which we used to create our signature dishes at Rojo.
Our goal, along with our entire team at Rojo, is to make everyone feel welcomed, nourished and equipped with everything they need to get through the day. We want to make every person that comes into our cafe feel welcomed and leave feeling satisfied
